This Merchant Terms & Conditions and Onboarding Policy (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of AEPS, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Recharge, Bill Payment, and Payout services (“Services”) offered by Enexa IT Solutions Private Limited (“Enexa”, “Company”) under its service brand “Cashbez”.
1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms apply to all merchants onboarded on the Enexa / Cashbez platform. Cashbez is a service brand of Enexa IT Solutions Private Limited and all services are provided, governed, and controlled by Enexa.
2. Merchant Eligibility
- Only Individuals and Proprietors are eligible to onboard.
- Merchants must be Indian residents with a valid physical business location.
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
3. Registration & Login Security
- Mobile number verification via OTP is mandatory for registration and login.
- Merchants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
- Any unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately.
4. Merchant Onboarding & KYC Process
- Aadhaar OTP verification through authorized APIs.
- PAN verification through authorized APIs.
- Bank account verification via API.
- Submission of shop details and business information.
- Shop image verification (inside and outside).
- Self video KYC.
- Manual internal verification and approval by Enexa.
- Onboarding with authorized API partner (Fingpay).
- Aadhaar eKYC (OTP-based).
- Biometric KYC and biometric two-factor authentication.
Merchants are activated only after successful completion of all verification steps.
5. Services Offered
- Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) – Cash Withdrawal
- Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
- Recharge and Bill Payment Services
- Payout and Settlement Services
6. Transaction Usage Rules
- Services shall be used strictly for legitimate customer transactions.
- Cash cycling, misuse, or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited.
- Enexa reserves the right to monitor transactions for compliance.
7. Settlement & Payout Policy
- Payouts are initiated only after internal approval.
- Same-day settlement may be processed before operational cut-off time.
- Transactions initiated after cut-off time may be settled on T+1 basis.
- Enexa reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in case of suspicious or non-compliant activity.
8. Fees & Commission
Service fees and commissions are variable and communicated separately. Enexa reserves the right to revise fees at its discretion.
9. Suspension & Termination
Enexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate merchant access immediately in cases of fraud, regulatory instructions, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Enexa provides technology and platform services only. Financial transactions are executed by partner banks, payment networks, or API partners. Enexa shall not be liable for failures caused by third-party systems, banking networks, or regulatory actions.

12. Digital Acceptance
These Terms are accepted electronically during onboarding and shall be legally binding under applicable Indian laws.
